The company’s seasoned field operations team is our front line, maintaining and enhancing our assets to operate safely and propel growth. Our team is incentivized to drive value through the reduction of operational costs, the optimization of our assets, and by leveraging vertical integration opportunities.
Operations
A Diversified Platform
Since 2014, Perdido and its entities have created a diversified conventional and unconventional platform of assets across South Texas and South Louisiana. With a strong proven developed producing (PDP) reserve base, complimented by low-risk inventory, Perdido is well-positioned for continued growth, employing a robust development plan with 20 to 30 capital expenditure projects per year.
Vertical integration of heavily utilized service equipment allows Perdido to reduce operational costs, control project timing and create a service offering for outside operators. This includes our PECO Gulf Services workover barge rig and Elevator Liftboats that customers can lease contract. In addition, Perdido has an extensive compression fleet that includes 17 natural gas compressors providing roughly 21,000 horsepower across various operated assets. Owning the compressors allows us to reduce rental expense and optimize run time as the operations team services and maintains the assets.
